Pure C8 MCT Oil

MCT Oil C8Pure C8 MCT Oil by Kiss My Keto is perfect for a ketogenic or low-carb diet. MCT oil can suppress appetite, enhance mood and clarity, assist in weight loss, and give you more energy.

This medium chain triglyceride is a health fat sustainably sourced from coconuts. It has been shown to improve mitochondrial health which in turn reduces risk for diseases such as atherosclerosis, diabetes, cancer, auto-immune diseases, neurodegenerative disease and cancer. For those that are insulin resistant, MCT oils are able to cross the cell membrane (even neuronal membranes) without insulin, which means that you are better able to get the fuel your body needs.

MCT oils do not go through the normal digestion process since they do not require bile or pancreatic enzymes, but instead travel right from the intestines to the bloodstream and then to the liver to be converted to ketones. Your body uses MCT oils for energy instead of storing it as fat.

I like this brand of C8 MCT oil because it’s held in a glass bottle with an easy to use pump for less messes. Also, it’s mostly C8 (caprylic acid) versus a blend of C8 and C10 fats, which is preferred since C8 converts to ketones more efficiently than the C10 fats do. The number indicates the number of carbon molecules in the carbon chain and generally the lower the number of carbons, the better they are at converting to ketones.

Add MCT oil to any food, smoothie, or even your coffee to make it Bulletproof.

Make sure to start slowly (1/2 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon) to avoid any digestive upset. Slowly increase the amount up to four tablespoons per day.
