This lamp is a full spectrum, pure white light, and UV filtered. Have a larger range of the visible light spectrum more closely mimics the qualities of natural sunlight, while emitting light with a 5500K color temperature, which is the color of sunlight at noon.
This light emits 10,000 LUX. It’s recommended to position 16-24 inches from the face for 20-30 minutes per day, every morning through the duration of the winter.
