Sauce pot, box grater, sharp knife, peeler, cutting board, serving bowl.
In a 4 quart sauce pot, add the coconut oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms until soft. Add the
cooked chicken meat, grated ginger, scallions, fresh lime juice, kaffir lime leaves, sea salt, and
cayenne pepper and/or chili paste. Sweat for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat. Add the Coconut,
Ginger, Mint, Lemon, Chicken Bone Broth Soup and coconut milk. Bring to a brief simmer and
turn off. Allow the soup to infuse for 5 minutes and then add fresh cilantro leaves and basil
